Barau FC winger Joseph Atule has set a 20-goal target in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, this season, DAILY POST reports.
Atule is expected to be one of the key performers for the Maliya Boys this season.
The former Enyimba player registered five goals and eight assists for Barau FC last season.
The powerful winger is, however, determined to improve his numbers this term.
“I have sat and thought about it. I’ve also challenged myself about it. If I am not going to score 20 goals, it should be a lot of goals,” Atule told NPFL Media.
Barau FC will open their new season’s campaign against Nasarawa United on Sunday (today).
