Actress Nkechi Blessing has finally reconciled with her ex-husband, Opeyemi Falegan.
This came four years after their messy breakup.
The reconciliation took place during a TikTok live on Saturday night, where the duo revisited the circumstances surrounding their highly publicised bitter fallout.
While demanding a public apology from Opeyemi, the actress disclosed that they have been in talks since February 2026 and explained how some negative comments he made about her during their crisis were still being used against her by trolls.
“I told you in February that if we must do this, you have to apologise to me because what you said years ago, some irrelevant nitwits still used it to insult me yesterday. That is to tell you that the internet never forgets.”
While noting that they both had faults, the US-based army officer apologised to Nkechi for speaking ill of her.
“From the bottom of my heart to the depth of my soul, I’m sorry, Nkechi. That’s in the past.”
DAILY POST recalls that the duo fell apart in April 2022 after throwing accusations at each other online.
In September 2022, Nkechi, in an interview on the “Your View” show, claimed that she entered into a relationship with Opeyemi to get back at her ex.
In response to the interview, Opeyemi accused the actress of dating him for his money and sex.
He further vowed never to reconsider their relationship: “Once I have a reason to go, I will never find an excuse to come back.”
