Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, has reacted to Liam Rosenior’s sacking at Chelsea.
Rosenior was dismissed as the head coach of Chelsea on Wednesday following the Blues’ Premier League 3-0 defeat to Brighton on Sunday.
Reacting, Guardiola said he was sorry that Rosenior was sacked.
The Spaniard also pointed out that the 41-year-old Englishman is a top level manager.
When asked about Rosenior’s sacking, Guardiola said at his post-match press conference after Man City defeated Burnley 1-0 on Wednesday night (as quoted by Beanyman Sports), “I’m so sorry.
“I’m pretty sure he is a manager for that level.
“Always when this happens, I always think about how lucky, again, I am to be in the club where I am.”
