Celebrity Nigerian businessman, E-Money, has unfollowed content creator, Carter Efe.

E-Money unfollowed Carter Efe on Saturday hours after he damaged the new car he gifted him recently.

DAILY POST reports that E-Money had during his birthday celebration some days back gifted cars to some Nigerians including Carter Efe, and actor Chinedu Ikedieze popularly known as Aki.

The car was however damaged during Carter’s altercation with popular streamer, Peller during Tiktok live.

A trending video of the dispute captured the duo smashing each other’s windshields with stones.

The development sparked social media attention, with many criticising E-Money for gifting Carter Efe the car.

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Adeoluwa Okusaga, popularly known as Saga, has revealed that he went to the reality show to launch his entertainment career.

He explained that he is an engineer and his colleagues pressured him to go for the reality show after noticing his skills.

“I went to Big Brother Naija to launch my career as an entertainer. I am an engineer.

“My colleagues at work begged me to go for Big Brother Nigeria, they said I will do well,” Saga said in a recent interview with Channels TV.

The reality star and actor noted that engineers are creative which make them to excel in the entertainment industry.

He stated, “As an engineer, you have to have a powerful imagination, understanding, and skill. A lot of artists like Davinci ended up as engineers because it’s a parallel.”

Saga participated in Season 6 of the Big Brother Naija reality show in 2021. He was evicted in the ninth week.

Following his eviction, he launched his acting career and has since starred in a dozen movies.

Big Brother Naija Season 10 winner, Imisi, has revealed her rare gesture to honour the three friends she made from the reality show.

Appearing in a recent episode of the Drink Or Spill podcast alongside fellow reality star Kola Omotosho, Imisi disclosed that she named her three dogs after her friends from the reality show, Kola, Kaybobo and Isabella.

Imisi said: “I named my three dogs after my friends from BBNaija. I have Coco, Bella and Bobs. That is Kola, Isabella and Kaybobo.”

Kola inferred: “Don’t be unfortunate. You can’t call your dog after me. Anyway, my name is not Coco.”

Kola also revealed his current relationship status during the interview, disclosing that he is still single.

He added that he is ready to change his status for the right person.

Famous American rapper, Nayvadius DeMun Cash, widely known as Future, has revealed that his biggest regret is not loving and treating women better.

Future, who has nine children from different women, explained that the reason for his struggles with romantic relationships was due to a lack of male role model while growing up.

Speaking in an interview with Hot 97 FM, the music star said growing up he never saw his mother receive genuine love from any man.

“My biggest regret in life is, I should have loved harder. I should have found a way to love the right way.

“I came from nothing and I didn’t have a person or a male role model to show me how to treat a woman. I have never seen someone buy my mum a flower,” he expressed.

Future said his past relationships were his only means of learning about relationship dynamics.

He, however, noted that he is not using childhood trauma to justify how poorly he handled some of his past relationships.

He added that he was now focused on learning from his mistakes and making better decisions.

‘It’s rubbish’ – Victor Boniface scolds Carterefe, Peller for damaging cars

Super Eagles striker, Victor Boniface has scolded streamers, Carterefe and Peller over their recent toxic stunt where they damaged each other’s cars during a livestream.

The streamers shocked viewers as they violently destroyed the windscreens of each other’s cars in what appeared to be staged stunt on Saturday night’s livestream.

Their actions sparked outrage, with many berating them for promoting violence and toxicity.

Soccer star, Victor Boniface also called Caterefe during his livestream to condemn the action.

“What you and Peller did is rubbish. You are currently on livestream, I want to talk to you privately. Let me know when you are done streaming,” he said to Carterefe over the phone.

Caterefe appeared remorseful after Boniface scolded him.

Meanwhile, their action has continued to receive backlash from online users.

Many warned that such violent stunts could be fatal, while referencing similar incidents which led to deaths in other countries.

Nigerian content creator and influencer, Papaya ex, has accused some officers of the Lagos State police command of assault.

The influencer explained that the incident happened on Friday night while returning from a shoot.

Speaking during a TikTok live, Papaya who showed her bleeding face, also accused the police of hitting her breast after hitting her face with a gun and beating up her driver.

The video captured one of the officers inside her vehicle with some standing in front.

Although the alleged assault was not captured in the video, Papaya was seen with visible injuries including an injury mark on her face.

Panic as fire engulfs generator at Peller’s new home (VIDEO)

There was panic in the early hours of Saturday after a fire outbreak involving a generator nearly escalated into a major incident at the new residence of popular TikTok content creator, Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller.

In a post shared via his Instagram handle, he uploaded a video of the incident with the caption, “This happened early this morning.

“My new generator almost burnt down my new house, but God saved us, it took us over 30 minutes to off the fire. All I can say is God saved us”.

In the now-viral clip, Peller was heard repeatedly shouting “Jesus!” as visible flames erupted from the generator, sparking fear among occupants of the house.

Amid the confusion, he also instructed those around him to quickly pour water on the generator in an effort to contain the blaze before it could spread to other parts of the building.

It appears the incident occurred in the early hours of Saturday.

Fortunately, the fire was brought under control before causing any structural damage, with only the generator affected.

No injuries or casualties were recorded, as everyone in the house was confirmed safe.

Dele Momodu, a popular Nigerian politician and publisher of Ovation Magazine, has disclosed that talks are ongoing with Adeleke’s family to settle the legal dispute between singer Davido and Sophia Momodu.

He made this known while responding to the calls from the general public to intervene in the ongoing child custody battle between the singer and his first baby mama, Sophia Momodu, who is Dele Momodu’s niece.

DAILY POST reports that Davido had a week withdraw the custody case, after Sophia’s lawyer made reference to the circumstances surrounding the death of his late son, Ifeanyi Adeleke in court.

However, reacting to the public calls for his intervention, Dele Momodu, who is currently in Liberia to commiserate with former Vice President Jewel Howard-taylor over the death of her only child, revealed that talks are ongoing between the two families to resolve the messy dispute.

Police arrest actor Stanley Ontop after petition from Fredrick Leonard

Nollywood actor and social media influencer, Stanley Ontop, has been arrested.

This was made known in a post shared on Stanley’s insta story.

Stanley who is studying law at Dennis Osadebe University in Asaba, Delta State, was arrested Friday afternoon in the school premises over a petition from an unknown person.

While challenging the school authorities for allowing the police to arrest him, Stanley noted that he has never been invited by the police.

He wrote “Some policemen came to my school this afternoon to arrest me over a petition from an unknown person. Coming to school to arrest me, the school authorities and the government must be aware of this lawlessness.

“How can you invade a university to perfect my arrest, what happened to an invitation?” he asked.

Simi dragged online after TikToker Mirabel admits faking rape claim

Nigerian singer Simi has come under intense criticism on social media following the confession of a TikToker, Mirabel, who admitted that her widely circulated rape allegation was not true.

The online debate began on February 18 after a video surfaced on TikTok, in which Mirabel claimed she had been raped and injured with a blade inside her home.

The video spread rapidly and triggered outrage, emotional reactions, and heated conversations across the internet.

While many Nigerians initially believed her story and condemned the alleged act, others expressed doubts, pointing to inconsistencies in the video. Some users accused her of clout-chasing, further dividing public opinion.

Amid the controversy, Simi took to X to speak against rape culture. She urged men to hold other men accountable and questioned why people felt triggered when rapists were called out.

Her comments, however, sparked backlash from critics who accused her of ignoring the issue of false rape accusations.

The criticism deepened after an old tweet she made in 2016 was resurfaced and misinterpreted as sexual innuendo. As the backlash grew, a fake apology screenshot began circulating online as a meme mocking the singer.

She was also given the nickname “Ikorodu Celine Dion” by some social media users.

In her statement, Simi insisted that sexual violence against women remains widespread and that false claims should not be used to silence genuine victims.

“Almost every woman I know personally has been sexually assaulted at some point in their lives,” she wrote. “You can’t think it’s okay to shut people up from speaking up about assault because some people lie.”

She added that people who lie should face consequences but stressed that this was not the conversation she was having.

“How many of your male friends have they lied against? How many of your friends have actually assaulted women as vibes? Women are terrified to go out. Women in their homes are not safe either,” she said, ending with: “STOP RAPING WOMEN!!”

The situation later took a different turn after controversial social media activist VeryDarkMan disclosed that he had spoken with Mirabel over the phone.

According to him, Mirabel admitted during the conversation that the rape allegation was false. She also confessed that she created the fake TikTok account that had been sending her messages.

VeryDarkMan said Mirabel pleaded for help, describing herself as lost and helpless.

She further revealed that she is an 18-year-old orphan, a lesbian, and struggles with alcohol and codeine addiction. She also admitted to engaging in self-harm as a coping mechanism.

Appealing to Nigerians, VeryDarkMan urged the public to forgive her and avoid harsh judgment, stressing that mental health challenges are real.

He also disclosed that arrangements were being made to have Mirabel taken to a rehabilitation centre.

Meanwhile, it was revealed that the case has been transferred to Ogun State for further investigation.

The incident has continued to generate strong reactions online, reopening conversations around sexual violence, false allegations, accountability, and the mental health struggles behind viral social media cases.
