Chelsea midfielder, Moisés Caicedo, has firmly dismissed speculation linking him with a move to Real Madrid, declaring his sole focus is on becoming a “legend” at the Blues.
Speaking to El Chiringuito TV, the Ecuadorian international made it clear that he has no intention of leaving Stamford Bridge despite ongoing reports that the Spanish giants are scouring the transfer market for a new midfielder.
When asked about the interest, Caicedo emphasized his commitment to the Premier League West London club and his national team.
“I want to become a Chelsea legend,” Caicedo said. “I’m under contract at Chelsea, and my focus is on Chelsea and Ecuador.”
Caicedo joined Chelsea from Brighton in 2023 and has been impressive for the club in the last two seasons.

EPL: The day has come – Salah confirms he’s leaving Liverpool

Liverpool forward, Mohamed Salah, has confirmed he will be leaving the Premier League club at the end of this season.
Salah revealed this in a video posted on his social media pages on Tuesday evening.
The 33-year-old Egypt international, joined the Reds from Roma in June 2017.
“Unfortunately the day has come. This is the first part of my farewell,” Salah said in the short clip.
“I will be leaving Liverpool at the end of the season.”
The Anfield club also sent out a statement, revealing that Salah had to end his contract early.
It read: “Salah expressed his wish to make this announcement to the supporters at the earliest possible opportunity to provide transparency about his future due to his respect and gratitude for them.
“Signed from AS Roma in the summer of 2017, the No 11 has firmly established himself as one of the greatest players in Liverpool’s history, helping the club to two Premier League titles, the Champions League, FIFA Club World Cup, UEFA Super Cup, FA Cup and two League Cups, as well as an FA Community Shield.
“His 255 goals in 435 appearances to date has the Egyptian sitting third on the Reds’ all-time leading goalscorers chart, winning the Premier League Golden Boot on four occasions in addition to a host of personal accolades.”

NPFL: Mohamed declares Niger Tornadoes ready for Wikki Tourists showdown

Niger Tornadoes technical adviser, Majin Mohammed has promised that his team will prepare adequately for their next match in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL.
The Ikon Allah Boys will square up with Wikki Tourists in a matchday 32 fixture at the Bako Kontagora Stadium, Minna this weekend.
Mohammed assured that they will go all out for the maximum points in the game.
“We will return home and prepare properly for our next game against Wikki Tourists with the aim to secure all three points.” Mohammed told Tornadoes media.
Niger Tornadoes have managed only one win from their last nine matches in the NPFL.
They occupy 13th position on the league table.

NNL postpones three week 15 matches

The Nigeria National League, NNL, has confirmed the postponement of three matchday 15 matches in the Conference A.
The affected matches are Inter Lagos clash against Heartland FC, First Bank versus Sokution FC and Sporting Lagos tie against Calabar Rovers.
All the matches scheduled for Wednesday 24th March 2026 have been postponed to a later date.
The fixtures which was billed to be staged at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan was postponed due to the unavailability of the ground.
The NNL Chief Operating Officer, Danlami Alanana stated this in a letter on Tuesday.
Meanwhile all matches in Conference D have been put on hold pending the resolution of cases involving Kebbi United FC, Yobe Desert Stars FC, and Jigawa Golden Stars FC at the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, Disciplinary Committee.
