Ubi Franklin, a Nigerian music executive, has revealed the worst decision he had ever made.

Speaking in a recent video shared on his Instagram page, Ubi revealed that his worst decision is “having children with different women”.

Expressing regret, he said, “I wish that some things that had happened in my life, and this is one of them. I wish I had taken a different road on it.”

Advising younger men to avoid making the same mistakes, he said, “No matter the money that you think you have, no matter what you think you are doing, trust me that should never be anything that you are going to do or a decision you’re going to make in your life.

“Taking care of them is not the problem but managing the emotions of the adults who are their mothers. So, I want to tell you something as young people, Please and please, no matter the money you have or the life you wanted to live, let baby mama drama not be part of it.”

NNL: Bayelsa United appoint Maikaba as new head coach

Bayelsa United have appointed Abdu Maikaba as their new head coach, DAILY POST reports.

The veteran tactician will combine the role with his duties as head coach of the Flying Eagles.

The Prosperity Boys were relegated from the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, last season.

Maikaba has been tasked with the responsibility of ensuring the club’s immediate return to the top-flight.

The experienced tactician has managed a lot of top quality teams in the NPFL including Akwa United, Rangers, Kano Pillars, and Wikki Tourists.

He was in charge of Wikki Tourists last season.

England legend, David Beckham, has reacted to the Three Lions’ World Cup semi-final 2-1 defeat to Argentina on Wednesday.

Beckham, who was present at the Atlanta Stadium during the encounter, admitted ‘heartbreak’ after Argentina defeated England to qualify for the 2026 World Cup final.

Two goals from Enzo Fernandez and Lautaro Martinez gave Argentina the victory against Thomas Tuchel’s side.

Reacting, Beckham, in a post via his Instagram account after the game, wrote: “Heartbreak for us all but memories that inspire and last forever…

“Thank you to our team, our fans & our country for what you have given us in this World Cup.”

England will now face France for the third-place final on Saturday.

Famous Nigerian singer, Davido, has tagged his wife, Chioma Adeleke, as his life coordinator.

Davido who was seen calling Chioma on the phone that he was stranded, asked her to transfer $4,000 to his personal assistant, Lati.

The singer, in the viral video, further revealed that Chioma is the one managing his finances because of his reckless spending.

While tagging her his life coordinator, he said to her on the phone call, “Hello, hello baby, good morning my wife, my love. Help me send Lati $4,000. I can’t login, I don’t know why, is the service here. Alright. We’re taking off now to Naija, I love you.”

His official streamer, Davreltv handler, asked him, “So your wife has been managing the money?”

He responded sharply, “Of course, you know I’m a reckless spender. Na she dey arrange everything. Na my life coordinator be that.”

Argentina captain, Lionel Messi, has revealed his expectations when his side faces Spain in the 2026 World Cup final on Sunday.

Messi led Argentina as they defeated England 2-0 in the semi-final on Wednesday to book a place in the final of the competition.

Speaking at his post-match interview after the game, the Inter Miami forward said he expects a very closely encounter between Argentina and Spain in the World Cup final this weekend.

“They [Spain] are a tremendous team, with outstanding players. They play excellent football,” Messi said.

“I know the Spanish side well, and they have a style of play they have developed over many years.

“Several of the squad play for Barca, a club that means a great deal to me and that I still keep up with. It will be a special World Cup final, and obviously, I expect it to be very closely matched.”

Bella Shmurda cries out after losing $4 million to real estate scam

Bella Shmurda, Nigerian musician, has cried out online after he lost all his savings to a real estate scam in Lagos state.

According to Bella during an Instagram live session, he was defrauded $4 million

The singer explained that he recently realised that he had been scammed after he discovered that the house did not belong to the person who sold it to him.

The singer further revealed that he had contacted his lawyer for investigation, stating that the person that sold the property to him had disappeared after the transaction. 

While calling on Nigerians for help, he said “I’ve got nothing left.”

“Nigeria, I need your help. I am not okay right now. I lost $4 million of my hard earned money to buy stolen property.

“The seller has disappeared. Please, help me. Someone steps in. I just contacted my lawyer for further investigation,” he claimed.
