Former Chelsea defender, Frank Leboeuf, has predicted the scoreline of Sunday’s Premier League match between Manchester City and Arsenal.
Leboeuf shared his thoughts with ESPN FC, pointing to key differences since the two sides last met in the Carabao Cup final back in March, a 2-0 win for Pep Guardiola’s men.
“I think with Saliba and Gabriel together, it is a different defence as well for Arsenal,” Leboeuf said.
“So I think it is going to be harder for Manchester City to beat Arsenal. I would say 2-1 win to City.”
Currently, Mikel Arteta’s side is leading the Premier League table with six points ahead of City.

NBC warns TV anchors against bullying guests, compromising neutrality
The Nigerian government has warned television broadcasters and anchors, over breaches of Nigerian broadcasting codes.
The National Broadcasting Commission, NBC, issued the warning in a disclosed notice to broadcasters on Friday.
NBC said the warning comes amid an alleged surge in unprofessional broadcast conduct across Nigerian news broadcast platforms.
The regulator told broadcasters, including Arise Television, Channels TV and others, that it would enforce strict and uncompromised compliance with every provision of the Nigeria Broadcasting Code, particularly those relating to fairness, balance, accuracy, hate speech, incitement, and respect for constitutional bodies.
NBC warned broadcasters to ensure professionalism in handling politics, communal and war issues.
“The broadcaster shall exhibit professionalism in handling the transmission, especially sensitive issues such as politics, communal conflicts, and wars.
Specifically, it threatened sanctions on anchors or presenters found to have expressed personal opinion as fact, bullied or intimidated a guest, denied a fair hearing to opposing views, or otherwise compromised neutrality, or be disrespectful to human dignity.

UTME 2026: JAMB to release second batch of results Saturday
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has announced that the second batch of results for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME, will be released before midnight on Saturday.
JAMB’s Public Communication Adviser, Fabian Benjamin, disclosed this in a post on his official X handle, assuring candidates who sat for the examination on Friday, April 17, that their results would be available later in the day.
“The results of the UTME conducted on Friday, 17 April 2026, will be released before midnight today,” Benjamin stated.
He added that an official notice would be issued immediately after the results are released, with updates also to be shared on his social media page.
The latest release follows JAMB’s earlier publication of results for candidates who wrote the examination on Thursday, when 632,788 candidates were able to access their scores.
The 2026 UTME, which began nationwide on Thursday, is expected to involve more than two million candidates across accredited computer-based test centres nationwide.
