Community Advocacy for Peace and Strategic Leadership Initiative (CAPSLI), a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), says the planned nationwide protest will have an adverse effect on national security and public safety. The group’s position is contained in a statement issued by the National Chairman of CAPSLI, Akwuobi Francis and National Secretary, Pius Pamela, on Thursday in Abuja. The group said the Federal and State Governments have demonstrated commitments to cushioning the effects of hunger, through various interventionist initiatives/palliative measures. CAPSLI’s position comes against the backdrop of a public declaration by some groups to embark on nation march in protest against economic hardship
