Governor Biodun Oyebanji of Ekiti State on Wednesday said for the first time in the history of Nigeria, the country has a person who was prepared to be president.

Oyebanji said Tinubu who wanted to be president has been leading from the front since he assumed office.

He spoke while inaugurating the construction of Revenue House in Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State to mark his third year in office.

The governor urged members of the state to continue to support Tinubu with prayers.

According to Oyebanji: “For the first time in the history of this country, we have a president that is prepared, a president that wanted to be president and he is there.

“And he is leading from the front, so we must continue to encourage him with our prayers so that he will do more.

“And I also plead with you that by the grace of God, Mr. President will run for a second term. Because if we have seen this in three years of President Bola Tinubu as the president of this country, you can imagine what will happen in year four, in year five, in year six, in year seven, and in year eight.”
