Radio Gold mourns the passing of presenter Okyeame Ayensu Badwenba

Radio Gold has announced the death of one of its cherished presenters, Alex Kwesi Ayensu Baah, popularly known as Okyeame Ayensu Badwenba.

In a statement issued by the station’s management, Okyeame was described as a devoted broadcaster whose voice, passion and commitment had touched countless listeners over the years.

“This loss is deeply felt by management, colleagues and the entire Radio Gold community,” the statement read.

As a mark of respect, the station has suspended its normal programming while staff and listeners come to terms with the news.

Radio Gold extended its condolences to Okyeame’s family and loved ones, noting that their thoughts and prayers are with them in this difficult time.

“May his soul rest in perfect peace,” management added.
