The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Kaduna State has charged all party members to participate in the forthcoming Local Government Congress, saying that nobody should be excluded from contesting for any office, provided He/She qualifies for such office.

Abraham Alberah Catoh, State Publicity Secretary in a statement said the party believes in the participation of all registered members

It said the party further wishes to inform all members and the general public that the date for the sales of forms for the state congress has not yet commenced and the date for state congress is also not yet fixed by the National Working Committee (NWC) of the Party.

“We want to assure all PDP members across the State that once the National Working Committee (NWC) announces the date, the Sales of Forms will be open for all qualified aspirants.”

The party appreciated all members and leaders for their contributions and concern towards the successful Ward Congresses in the state and commended the INEC and the security agencies for their commitment to the success of the exercise across the state.

It called on all interested members to remain calm and monitor the official release of the commencement date for the sales of forms, even as it thanked all members for their teamwork.
