The Ooni Ife, Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi has called for more support towards the efforts of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, in curbing societal ills.

Ooni Ogunwusi made this plea while welcoming the EFCC Chairman, Ola Olukoyede, who was a visit to the palace.

In a post on X, Ooni Ogunwusi said he applauded the efforts being made by the EFCC in enhancing Nigeria’s image as an attractive destination, with good governance and accountability.

He also maintained that Nigeria needed dedicated patriots like Olukoyede, who were determined to bring innovative ideas, passion for nation-building, and a strategic focus on community inclusion in governance.

“I applaud your dedication to leading the EFCC in curbing societal ills and enhancing Nigeria’s image as an attractive destination with good governance and accountability.
