Heartland technical adviser, Emmanuel Amuneke, has warned his players against complacency ahead of their matchday nine encounter against Beyond Limits.

The Naza Millionaires will trade tackles with Beyond Limits at the Dan Anyiam Stadium on Saturday.

Amuneke urged his players to put behind their last win over Abia Comets and concentrate on the task against Beyond Limits.

“The win against Abia Comets was important, but it is only a step,” Amuneke stated in a pre-match interview.

“We must not get carried away. Our focus is now on Beyond Limits, and the objective is clear—three points at home. If we want to be where we believe we should be, games like this must be approached with maximum concentration and hunger.”

Heartland will count on the support of the home fans to secure the maximum points in the game.

Nottingham Forest defender, Ola Aina is on the radar of Everton, DAILY POST reports.

Everton manager David Moyes is keen to strengthen his team’s defence before the end of the current transfer window, according to SportsBoom.

The Toffees regular right-back Seamus Coleman has struggled with injuries this season.

Coleman’s long-term replacement Nathan Patterson has also struggled with fitness problems.

Moyes has been forced to rely on makeshift options for the position for the majority of the season.

Aina recently returned from a lengthy injury layoff, and has featured regularly for Forest since making his comeback.

The Nigeria international has a contract with the Tricky Trees until 2028.

Abia Warriors technical adviser, Imama Amapakabo, has said that their Matchday 18 victory over Warri Wolves was hard-fought.
The Umuahia-based club secured a 1-0 win over Warri Wolves at the Umuahia Township Stadium on Sunday.

Sunday Megwo’s last-minute penalty proved decisive in the game.

Amapakabo admitted that his team battled hard to claim the victory.

“The game against Warri Wolves was a difficult game for us,” Amapakabo told Abia Warriors media.

“Warri Wolves did well by containing my players, we didn’t do well in the offensive but I’m satisfied with the victory.”

Abia Warriors moved up to third position on the league table with 30 points. Their next game will be against Plateau United in Jos.
