Nigeria needs more airstrikes against terrorists – Shehu Sani

Former Kaduna Central lawmaker, Shehu Sani, has called for more airstrikes against terrorists in Nigeria.
Sani made the call in a statement posted on his verified X handle on Thursday.
This is coming amid ongoing debate on the United States’ airstrikes on terrorists’ enclaves in Nigeria’s northwest.
Recall that US President Donald Trump had announced US airstrikes in Nigeria on Christmas Day.
“The ongoing Senate debate on the US airstrikes is in line with our democratic principles.
“The ideal outcome of the debate should be to support the ongoing partnership and support more airstrikes against terrorists in any part of the country where they are located.
“Our Air Force needs that partnership to achieve the total eradication of terrorists from our country,” Sani wrote.
