Katsina State Governor, Mallam Dikko Radda, has approved the appointment of 15 new Senior Special Assistants and a General Manager for the State Hotels Board.

The announcement was contained in a statement released by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Ibrahim Mohammed, on Thursday in Katsina.

He explained that the move is aimed at strengthening service delivery and advancing the governors “Building Your Future” agenda.

Those appointed include Hajiya Aisha Barda as Senior Special Assistant on School Feeding, Musa Ado Faskari as Senior Special Assistant on Community Development Programmes (CDP) for Faskari/Kankara/Sabuwa Federal Constituency, Nu’uman Imam Muhammed as Senior Special Assistant on CDP for Batagarawa/Charanchi/Rimi Federal Constituency, and Dr. Habibu AbdulKadir as Senior Special Assistant on CDP for Matazu/Musawa Federal Constituency.

Others are Ali Mamman Bakori, appointed as Senior Special Assistant on CDP for Bakori/Danja Federal Constituency; Labaran Magaji Ingwawa, SSA on CDP for Ingawa/Kankia/Kusada Federal Constituency; Bishir Sabi’u, SSA on CDP for Jibia/Kaita Federal Constituency; and Murtala Adamu Baure, SSA on CDP for Baure/Zango Federal Constituency.

Also on the list are Yusuf Mamman Ifo, SSA on CDP for Batsari/Danmusa/Safana Federal Constituency; Sanusi Dangi Abbas, SSA on Security Matters; Faruk Hayatu, SSA on Youth Development; Bala Garba Tsanni, SSA on Social Development; Musa Maikudi, SSA on Party Affairs; Aminu Ashiru Kofar Sauri, SSA on SPIME; and Mannir Shehu Wurma, SSA on Media and Publicity. In addition, Rabi’u Aliyu Kusada was appointed as the new General Manager of the Katsina State Hotels Board.

Governor Radda, in his message to the new appointees, urged them to fully embrace the vision of his administration and serve the people of Katsina State with dedication, integrity and excellence.
