Hot SourceA Benue socio-cultural group, Ichama Unity Forum (IUF), has extended its deepest condolences to the Senate Minority Leader, Senator Abba Moro, following the tragic loss of his beloved son, Peter Moro, and his grandchild, Divine Moro Jnr.
In a condolence message signed by Engr. John Ochigbo, President of IUF, the forum expressed profound sorrow over the devastating incident.
“We received with deep shock and sadness the news of the passing of your beloved son, Peter Moro, and your grandchild, Divine Moro Jnr.
This double tragedy has left us deeply pained and sorrowful. We can only imagine the depth of your grief at this most difficult time.
In such moments, words often fail, but we stand with you in prayer and solidarity, trusting that God will grant you and your family the strength, comfort, and fortitude to bear this great loss.”
The forum also extended condolences to Mrs. Gina Moro, wife of one of its diasporan members, Mr. Macbeth Onoja, praying that “God Almighty will console them and uphold the entire family through this trying moment.”
While commiserating with Sen. Moro and the bereaved family, the IUF urged them to find solace in the will of God, emphasizing that “though gone too soon, Peter and Divine have found eternal rest in the bosom of the Lord.”
The IUF prayed that God’s unfailing grace will surround the Moro family with peace, strength, and divine consolation.
