Sophos, a global leader in next-generation cybersecurity, has announced the acquisition of SecureWorks, a cybersecurity subsidiary of Dell Technologies, in a deal valued at $859m. According to the firm, the acquisition will bolster its position in the rapidly evolving cybersecurity market by integrating Secureworks’ threat detection and response capabilities into its existing suite of offerings.
