Ayra Starr, Black Sherif, Gyakie lead star line-up for Tidal Rave Festival 2025

Some of Africa’s biggest music stars—Black Sherif, Ayra Starr, Gyakie, Moliy, Darko Vibes, GonaBoy, and Olive The Boy—are billed to light up this year’s Tidal Rave Festival, which takes place at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra this weekend.

The two-day celebration of music and culture kicks off on Friday, 14 November, with an opening night event, before the main rave on Saturday, 15 November, starting at 12 PM sharp.

Organisers have promised a full-blown festival experience, complete with double the energy, two main stages, and a packed lineup of performances. This year’s edition, described as Africa’s biggest beach party, is expected to attract thousands of ravers from across Ghana and beyond.

The 2025 festival will feature two performance arenas—the Culture Stage and the Rave Stage. The Culture Stage, located at the newly introduced Culture Village, will run throughout the day with DJ mixes, MC showcases and live acts from rising stars.

As evening sets in, the spotlight shifts to the Rave Stage, where headliners Black Sherif, Ayra Starr, Gyakie, Moliy, GonaBoy and Darko Vibes will take turns thrilling fans, supported by DJ Vyrusky and hype man Kojo Manuel.

The organisers have also introduced several experience zones to enhance the fun. Patrons can enjoy the Vaseline Pool Party, relax at the Absa Pink Beach, or explore the Johnnie Walker Afro Exchange. Dance lovers will converge at the Dance Zone, where dance queen Lisa Quama and her team will lead live routines and tutorials. Fashion enthusiasts can also pick up exclusive gear from Black Star Experience and Natives of the Hood at the Merch Zone.

Tickets are available via 71420# or online at www.tidalravefestival.com. Attendees are to report to the Tidal Rave Car Park near La Palm for ticket scanning and wristband collection before boarding official shuttles to the venue. VIP and Wildcard ticket holders will enjoy priority shuttle and zone access.

Security will be handled by the Ghana Police Service and private security firms, with medical and fire response teams stationed on-site. Organisers have also reminded patrons not to swim in the sea after 6 PM, a safety directive that will be enforced by lifeguards.

In line with sustainability efforts, solar-powered charging stations will be installed throughout the venue to keep devices powered. With excitement already building, and tickets selling fast, this year’s Tidal Rave is set to deliver one of the most thrilling weekends on Ghana’s entertainment calendar.
