Brazilian teenager Estevão Willian came off the bench to score a dramatic 95th-minute winner as Chelsea beat Liverpool 2–1 at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
Moises Caicedo fired Chelsea ahead with a long-range strike before Cody Gakpo equalised for Liverpool in the second half.
But just when it seemed the points would be shared, 17-year-old Estevão calmly slotted home his first goal for Chelsea, sealing a famous win for Enzo Maresca’s side.
The result handed Liverpool a third straight defeat, denting their title hopes and leaving them one point behind leaders Arsenal at the top of the Premier League table.
