Abductors demand N30m to free Katsina Qur’anic recitation winner

Abductors of the winner of the National Qur’anic Recitation Competition, Abdulsalam Rabi’u have demanded the sum of N30m ransom. Rabi’u, an indigent of Katsina State, emerged winner of the competition (Hizb 60 with Tajweed) held in Kebbi State early.
