The Federal Ministry of Works officially launched its Performance Management System on Thursday, a pivotal step aimed at bolstering accountability and efficiency within the civil service. The initiative, guided by the directives of the Head of Service of the Federation, Mrs Didi Walson-Jack, aligns with the Civil Service Strategic Implementation Plan 2021-2025, introduced in 2020.
