Bauchi PDP elects new State Working Committee
The Bauchi State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has elected a new State Working Committee to lead the party’s affairs.
Speaking during the swearing-in ceremony at the PDP State Secretariat in Bauchi on Friday, State Chairman Sama’ila Adamu Burga (Sarkin Noman Bauchi) highlighted the party’s commitment to strengthening its leadership and maintaining its influence in the state’s political landscape.
The newly elected officials include Dayyabu Chiroma as Public Relations Officer, Hauwa Fulani as PDP State Woman Leader, and Danlami Siyi as Bauchi Central Zonal Chairman.
In his address, Burga congratulated the new officials, urging them to carry out their duties with caution, dedication, and integrity. He emphasised the importance of their roles in uniting party members and advancing the party’s agenda.
“Your election is a testament to the party’s confidence in your abilities and commitment to the ideals of the PDP. Lead with integrity, transparency, and unwavering commitment, as the success of our party depends on it,” he stated.
Meanwhile, the new executives expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve and promised to uphold the party’s values. Speaking on their behalf, Hon. Dayyabu Chiroma expressed commitment to working in line with the party’s agenda.
