Zamfara State Governor, Dauda Lawal has approved the appointment of six citizens into various strategic government positions. Zamfara: Gov Lawal approves six political appointments
Zamfara State Governor, Dauda Lawal has approved the appointment of six citizens into various strategic government positions.
Conveying the approval, the Secretary to the State Government, SSG, Malam Abubakar Mohammed Nakwada said the appointments take immediate effect:
He gave the names of the appointees as Abubakar Bello Ruwan Dorowa, Executive Chairman, State and Local Government Contributory Pension Commission, Dalhatu Tukur Mohammed, Managing Director, Zamfara State Housing Corporation.
Others include Abubakar Maigari Ibrahim, Managing Director, Zamfara Agricultural Development Programme, ZADP,
Bello Muhammad Jekada, Registrar, Zamfara State College of Education, Maru
Jibo Dango was appointed Senior Special Assistant on Construction, under the Infrastructure and Urban Renewal Projects, while Ibrahim Lawal is Senior Special Assistant, Domestic Affairs, Office of the First Lady.
Governor Lawal expects the appointees to work diligently with utmost integrity and dedication towards deriving the Rescue Agenda in their various offices.
