NDLEA intercepts cocaine worth millions en route UK

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has intercepted a large shipment of cocaine worth millions of naira, concealed in food items enroute to the UK.

A video shared by the NDLEA’s Director, Media and Advocacy, Femi Babafemi via X revealed that the cocaine was hidden in granulated pepper, melon and yam flour.

In his post on Sunday, Babafemi decried the extreme lengths that people would go to traffic illegal drugs.

“The unimaginable places #ndlea_nigeria officers find illicit drugs these days will make you cringe and be more careful when dealing with humans.

“In this video is multi-million worth of cocaine concealed in granulated pepper, melon, yam flour and others going to the UK”, he wrote.
