Former spokesperson to Abdullahi Ganduje, Salisu Yakasai, also known as Dawisu, has said the former governor of the state, Rabiu Kwankwaso, is against President Bola Tinubu’s recent tax reform bills because they do not align with his interests.
Dasiwu made this known on Monday in a statement on his X account.
This comes as Kwankwaso, in his recent comments, said, ‘Lagos Axis’, which he described as Tinubu’s supporters, are on the move to colonise the North with his policies.
Kwankwoso accused Tinubu of meddling in Kano State politics.
However, Dawisu said that Kwakwaso is crying fowl because Tinubu’s policy does not align with his personal interests.
According to him, in 2014, Kwankwaso and the ‘Lagos Axis’ aligned to have imposed Emir Sanusi Lamido Sanusi on Kano people to spite the former, President Goodluck Jonathan.

You agreed to it after “the Lagos Axis” promised to support your presidential ambitions in 2019.

Amid the escalation of crisis in the Middle East, Nikki Haley, a former UN Ambassador, has said that Israel does not trust President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
In a post on her X handle on Tuesday, Haley stated that Israel is going to do what it takes to secure the country.
The former presidential aspirant under the Republican party maintained that Israel is not going to stop.
She also offered support for Israel, insisting they shouldn’t stop until they eliminate the threat.
