Real Estate firm, Zularich Properties, has announced the completion of the Phase 2 of its housing development project.
The firm made the announcement in a ceremony at its residences phase 2 in Sangotedo, recently, reiterating its commitment to fostering progressive housing development along the Lekki corridor, whilst rewarding its realtors.
It explained further that the project was inspired by the development around the Lekki corridor, informing a need to provide relief for Nigerians via flexible payment options,amid economic burden.
Chief Executive Officer of Zularich, Dr. JohnPaul Enemuoh, disclosed that the firm will be offering installment payments of up to one year to ease acquisition in its estates.
He added that Zularich residences, which consist of 4-bedroom maisonette duplexes and 2-bedroom apartments, aimed for secured and profitable real estate opportunities, as well as affordable and luxury housing projects along the Lekki-Epe axis.
“Despite the challenges of real estate development in the country, we have delivered consistently on our promises to our clients and realtors who sell our properties,” Enemuoh said.
He also urged realtors against flowery claims and exaggerated promises that could deceive customers and put their credibility to question.
Also speaking, Portfolio Manager, Billionaire Realtors Group (BRG), Laide Okubena, tasked the Lagos State Government on addressing enduring sectoral challenges, including intrusion by ‘Omo Oniles’ (people claiming ancestral ownership of land) and demolitions by the government.
Okubena, who is also the CEO of Lekutrade Properties, called for dialogue amongst stakeholders as part of mechanisms to curtail challenges in the sector.
“Group like the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) can dialogue with the Lagos State Government to resolve some of these challenges.
“Lagos is one of the fastest growing cities in the world with over 600,000 new residents every year. The housing gap is huge, with over 3.4 million units needed,” he said.
On his part, CEO of Eystone Development, Dr. Hassan Ismail, reiterated how public private partnership will go far in providing quality housing to Lagos residents.
The highlight of the occasion was the presentation of a brand-new SUV to Zularich Sales Ambassador of the year; the best performing realtor in terms of sales and relationship with the brand.
