The Nnewi Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture, NCCIMA, has written to the Governor of Anambra State, Prof Chukwuma Soludo, regarding the pace of development in the state.

A letter signed by the President of the Chamber, Mr Ezukwo Moses, and the Executive Secretary, Obiora Ibekwe, conveyed the appreciation of the business community in Nnewi to the governor.

The letter, which was made available to DAILY POST, commended the remarkable infrastructural development witnessed in Anambra State under Soludo’s administration, particularly in the Nnewi area.

The group highlighted some of the projects constructed in Nnewi, including the Bank Road project, Nnewi-Okija Road, and Igwe Orizu Road.

They described these as crucial infrastructure projects that have significantly improved transportation and facilitated smoother business operations in the area.

Part of the letter read: “These projects will not only improve connectivity and enhance the quality of life for our people but will also foster economic growth by enabling the smooth movement of goods and services.

“Furthermore, they will position Nnewi as a more attractive destination for investment and trade. We salute your leadership and unwavering dedication to the infrastructural development of Anambra State.

“We express our sincere gratitude and remain committed to supporting your efforts in building a prosperous and vibrant Anambra State,” the letter stated.
